CA Hanumantha Rao - Managing Partner
Hanumantha Rao has qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 1984 and qualified Company Secretary having specialization in the fields of Tax Planning, Corporate Affairs & Project Financing, having experience in excess of 35 Years.

Hanumantha Rao has done articleship from Brahmayya & Co., Chartered Accountants during 1981 to 1984. Post Qualification he has worked in various industries including Pharma, Construction and Banking etc. at varied leadership roles in Finance & Compliance.

Hanumantha Rao is the catalyst of the Firm providing his leadership skills & vast experience in the fields of Direct Taxation, Statutory Audits & Project Financing. He is actively involved in the affairs of the Firm and overlooks all the Divisions of the Firm as a Managing Partner.

CA Sree Vani - Partner
Sree Vani has qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 2004 and has worked in the Banking Sector Post Qualification. She is also a DISA Holder with ICAI.

Sree vani heads the Information System Audit Division at the Firm.

CA Anand - Senior Partner
Anand has qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 1989 and has done PG Diploma in management.
Anand is having a post qualification experience of 34 years in various Industries in India and UAE.

Anand is a seasoned finance professional who worked as CFO and GM Finance for over a period of 30 years in various industries.
Anand is currently taking the lead of V-CFO segment of our Firm

CA Naveen Kumar Gorentla - Partner & CEO
Naveen Kumar is specialised in the Internal Audit, Management Consultancy, Implementation and Testing of Internal control effectiveness and Business Advisory.
In Addition to the above areas currently Naveen Kumar is focusing on Private Equity and IPO for SME.

Naveen Kumar has worked for 7 years with reputed Audit firms like Varma and Varma, M.Bhaskar Rao and Co in the domain of Internal Audit and Management Consultancy and has got the opportunity to get wide exposure in many Industries like Banking, Insurance, Aviation, Construction, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Media, Food processing, NBFC and many other.
